This role will report directly to a compliance team head whilst working with several other colleagues. This role will focus on private side compliance in a well rounded compliance role. Client Details My client is one of the largest private equity firms globally. Headquartered in the US with offices in Europe, US, Canada, and China. They have an AUM of US100billion. Description This role will report directly to the CCO whilst working alongside other compliance colleaguesResponsible for communication with the deal team on all compliance related enquiriesResponsible for AML/KYC, regulatory filings, manage the materials between private and public sideconduct surveillance and gap analysis when necessaryProfile Bachelor Degree5+years of compliance experience from private equity or venture capital firmopen to candidates from investment bank with global markets compliance experience and/or IBD Compliance experiencemust be fluent and can read and write chinesemust be articulate in cantonese and englishmust be an independent workerJob Offer work for one of the largest PE firmsbroad exposurecompetitive bonus Specialization: Banking / Finance Industry: Human Resources Management/Consultancy |
